The Abuja Film Village will provide safe and basic drinking water, water transportation (water ways) through construction of dams. The dam will serve for normal daily usage and for the Amusement and Theme Park water rides.

The dams offer opportunities for building Inland Sandy Beaches. This also offers opportunities for shooting ocean scenes as well as provides wonderful opportunities for water-based recreation such as boat rides, and jet skis. The dam also provides opportunity for irrigation for agricultural practice and fishing sport fishing and annual Fishing Festival).
